We looked extensively for a someone to finish our basement. What sold us was LDBs attention to design and project planning, which we saw lacking in other companies. As the work began, we were also impressed at the consistency of workers showing up when they were scheduled according to their plan, which we could view using their Builder Trend app. What made us very happy was their ability to make adjustments as they went along; often times reworking items that would cost $, but for the good of satisfying client needs / preferences. Very client-centric, and design detailed. Would use LDB again - worth the $ in quality, timeliness, flexibility and peace-of-mind. Service: Basement remodeling

Really struggled with rating. The project was slow to start and seemed like a lot of delays waiting on 1 guy to review things. Once we were fully approved, excellent communication. The project manager and contractors were excellent, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the project was "wrapped up" a few months ago however they still have not returned to complete everything. If you use them, be cautious about things included in the contract and make sure the final details are completed.
