        I cancelled them with in 3 days and they did not accept it and now they are suing me for the monitoring service. I contacted ADT and they cancelled the monitoring fees but this company still wants to be paid for nothing.

        Do not use this company to do an ADT install. Do not use ADT period. Please take my advice! If you have any issues they are no help and neither is ADT corporate. Apparently YOU have to abide by their contract but THEY do not. Equipment does not work as it should, no help from them or ADT. DO NOT USE!!!

        If I could give them a negative rating I would. The installed ADT in my home on 16 Aug, I wasn’t home at the time and didn’t get home until 21 AUG. I wanted a doorbell camera and a cypher locked installed, when I noticed that neither of those were installed I called the cancel. They informed me that I only had three days to cancel, and since it was outside of those three days that I would have to pay a $1400 cancellation penalty! ADT corporate is zero help!
