This was my first apartment, I was super excited. Well honestly lets not let that overshadow the many problems I had during my less than 10 months. If I didnt do the dishes that night/day, roaches appeared everywhere, so nasty. If the water in the sinks didnt dry, flies were everywhere had to get little traps for them, not to mention that one time I was gone for the weekend and I came back to have my whole place stinking because the pee trap didnt drain or dry. The neighbors upstairs were so loud my 3 year old son thought monsters were living with us, and when I presented all the evidence (video and pictures) they didnt do anything. Not to mention the upstairs neighbors had a dog they would allow to pee on their balcony. So that dog pee traveled down to my balcony and NOTHING was ever done. I went on vacation for about or two, and they continuously called the cops on me trying to get me kicked out. I WASNT EVEN HOME. The neighbors living next to me, had a younger gentleman threatening to kill his girlfriend all the time (lets not mention my 3 year old had to hear all of this since it was all happening next to his room). After all that being said, I hope theyve been able to fix these issues because no one should have to explain to a 3 year old theres no monsters in our home. There should be a respect clause in their lease since I was living with a bunch 45 year olds acting like they were 10. Oh and if youre okay with watching a bunch of kids running around throwing rocks at cars and windows, yelling and screaming at your kids, this is the place for you.

From My Experience With Multiple People In & Out Of Management I Wouldnt Recommend. Didnt Get A Chance To Really Deal With New Management Jon & Amanda But They Seem Great. Im Currently Waiting On My Direct Deposit To Be Returned Its Been 2 Weeks I Was Told 5 Days Then 10 Days Just To Call And Be Told My Check Hasnt Yet Been Mailed. I Find That Very Troubling Because When It Was Due On My End I Had To Give It Right Away Now That Im Waiting On It To Be Refunded Its A Waiting Game I Never Know When It Will Come There Is No Specific Timeframe As I Was Told Which I Find Very Unpleasant. I No Longer Live Here So I No Longer Want Any Association But With My Deposit Being Held It Leaves Me No Choice But To Have To Continue Reaching Out Just Avoid The Headache & Miscommunication.
