I just moved out this week after almost 5 years. Positives: The office staff Ms. Reeka Hudson is amazing!! I probably stayed a year longer because her service and attentiveness was top tier. The maintenance team are fast and efficient. The property is well maintained inside and out. When the air went out I had a/c unit within the day. They are very respectful of your time and space. Things that I struggled with: shared ventilation which means shared smells, they can not control smoking, no dryer hook-up allowed, and no storage area. This is a great location for kids and pets.

I hate living in this apartment. The walls are nonexistent. You hear everything from water running, to people walking, random talking, loud music, kids screaming. Don't move here if you want any kind of peace. Helpful tip: don't choose unit near playground (unless you have kids). Can barely use your living room or kitchen due to all of the overhead noise. The bedrooms are slightly more quiet. Overpriced. Management never responds to your concerns or complaints. When you're paying between $900-1100 a month, you want resolutions. Not to be brushed off. Also, their response to anything that is not clean or up to your standards is to paint over it or do some cheap work around. If you think your unit is clean, its just fresh paint. Also, their site says laundry facilities. Its really just one washer and dryer in the dark dank basement. You're likely going to end up going to a laundromat, because how are 8 different units with multiple loads themselves going to share one washer and dryer. False advertising. Emergency maintenance determines what the emergency is. So if they determine its not an emergency they may not come at all. I will also add that despite you telling them that you don't want someone in your home while you're not present, they will still try it. I just had someone walk into my home while I wasn't wearing any pants. Knocking on my door like the police for some silly pest control thats not necessary. I will be skipping that service moving forward but I don't like that random people have keys and can enter my unit despite my request. Again my dismay was shot down my leasing. They don't care how they're tenants feel.

Moving here has been a major improvement from my last apartment. Haven't had any major maintenance issues but the ones I've had they responded to them rather quickly. Neighbor is quite and clean. I just renewed my lease for another year.
