Camelot Apartments

I applied to this complex and both of the landlords were extremely rudeshe told me to sit down out of the way when I came to the office to give my security deposit. My application was approved, but they raised the amount they were charging half-way through the process. The application said that I would be refunded my security deposit of $275 if I didnt qualify, but now they are stealing $75 from me from it because I dont want to do business with them. I havent even signed a lease but they said that they cannot refund my deposit even though they decided beforehand to give my apartment to someone else. I already paid a $35 application fee. Terrible people to do business with.

I lived here it's been 10 years it's peaceful and quiet...You live like in a duplex apartment setting with altogether 128 Apartments in the complex

I love living at Camelot Apts. I have been here for 18 years now... It is quiet, people are very friendly. The management is great! Maintenance is great and a real nice laundry mat to boot.

I have never stayed in these apartments before. I am helping a friend find one.. Looking at the review 3.8 I thought this might be a good fit. After reading the reviews and the responses from management I am very skeptical now.. Telling people business on Google is very, very unprofessional and slum lordish You can not serve a good meal on a trash can top and expect someone to eat it.. Thats how this company is presenting themselves.. Great customer service is key.. Professional development is needed

We agreed that I would move in in the middle of the month, but then they wanted 60% of the month's rent. The application said that I would be refunded my security deposit of $275 if I didn't qualify, but now they are stealing $75 from me from it because I don't want to do business with them. I haven't even signed a lease but they said that they cannot refund my deposit even though they decided beforehand to give my apartment to someone else. I already paid a $35 application fee. Terrible people.
