Extremely nice people make you feel warm and welcome Angela is a very kind and friendly lady love when she helps with my needs and goes above and beyond to be helpful and take care of your needs and explains everything so you understand you can easily tell that she cares about the customers. I live 30 miles one way from the bank and travel from a town that has 4 banks but none of them compare to the community Bank of Missouri in Richmond

Had nothing but problems, Brad Hogan is not professional and does not answer back. Amy the other VP, accused us of fraud. Held our money from us and no fraud was found. Amy's story of fraud was based that we only had 30 dollars in our account when trying to deposit a check from New Youk Life Insurance for 2k. The wife was on sort term disability from work due to a operation. This institution is behind the current times. I do not recommend
