I have a dental emergency in which I am in agony. I have waited TWO weeks to get in to see this dentist...my sister, who happens to reside in a different state, passed away and her funeral is in two days, the day of my appointment....when I called to reschedule, they told me the next available appointment was over a month away...so, I didn't get plane tickets to go to my sister's funeral, that's how much pain I am in...Aspen dental called me TODAY, to reschedule my appointment that is two days away....for next month. When I explained the situation, they offered NO HELP, just oh well, you missed a funeral for this? Too bad, so sad, can't be bothered to help you for OVER A MONTH. Rediculous. I had heard bad things about them but I am desperate for help.
