Comfort Master LLC

Im still trying to figure how this place is in business. Customer service is nonexistent, no return calls, and 3 weeks later and havent seen a service technician. Only thing I have been told is yep youre on the list we are working our way to ya. Its been over a week since I was told only 4 ahead of me. I hope Tim treats his employees better than his customers.

Called twice in one week and left messages needing my unit moved. The same unit I purchased from them four years prior. I never received a call back. We ended up calling a different person and they showed up the next day. Why have a business if you won't return calls.

My daughter and son-n-law bought a house 1 1/2 years ago and from the 5th day in their new home the air conditioner hasnt worked. Last summer the house was 90 degrees and over. They were running a window unit and 2 portable air conditioners and still was burning up. They had an air conditioner company make repeated visits and were charged crazy prices only to be stuck living in a literal hot box. Feeling defeated and being at their wits end they called comforter master and set up an appointment. The service man named John was a complete angel. He went above and beyond to get the air conditioner working. He said he cleaned out 20 years worth of dust and hair from the coil. It was a dirty job he was very nice, made my daughter feel so comfortable and he explained everything in detail to her. Im happy to report that the house is cold and the air is working great!!!! The price was as great as the customer service. I would definitely recommend comfort master!!!!
