      After checking our records, I see that you are not one of our current customers. At this time, we are not accepting new customers. We only have one service technician and are overwhelmed with calls. We do not feel it is appropriate for us to take your call and put you on a waiting list when you could have someone else get to you much quicker. We are trying our best to take care of the customers we have been servicing for many years. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide service to every person that calls our office.
