The Bank of Missouri

It is important to me that the tellers and managers know me by name and even recognize my voice when I walk in. They even know my tenants who pay their rent into a special account Ashley, the manager at the Ozark Branch, setup and I can manage online. There are all kinds of money management apps out there but nothing compares to the personal human connection I receive from Bank of Missouri.

This is by far, my favorite bank in Missouri, and in my top 3 of all the banks I've used in the past 45 years. Everything they do, they do very well. Their atm's are better than any other bank I've ever used. Their app is better and more robust. Their website is easier to navigate and more intuitive. Their interest rates are among the top two I've ever had. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm truly very happy with them...and how many times can anyone say that they enjoy their bank?

No matter what my needs are, they've been met. I am extremely happy I switched my acct to Bank of Missouri from Bank of America, the ease of the mobile app, and even my face to face at the drive through (yes, they have drive through) has been nothing but positive. Thank you for making my life easier. Great job!!
