We absolutely got scammed by the LF service department in January and four months later we're still trying to 1.) fix what we asked them to fix - which they said wasn't needed and 2.) fix the extremely sloppy work that they talked us into doing instead Timeline: December - daughter home from college, her 2009 car is leaking oil, ask for ball joints to be fixed January appointment - they said ball joints are fine, they can fix the oil leak for $3k and that we also need a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors, which would be another $7,365. (Who would pay that much for a CC??) We agree to their solution for the oil leak fixed so daughter can get back to school. They ended up replacing some gaskets for $2500 and threw in some other things we didn't ask for ($160 for coolant, which was already brand new; $180 for a fusion kit; $175 to run the sensor thing to diagnose engine light) We get the car back and her dashboard has been lit up like a Christmas tree since as now the traction light came one, the alignment is off and the engine is still leaking oil top and bottom We've had to spend another $1200 at a much better local shop to fix the ball joints and clean up the gunky mess and we still need to fix the traction light situation that was never a situation until LF Service worked on the car.

Horrible!! Unfortunately, we have been there several times, due to issues with a 2021 Jeep Rubicon. Their service department is one of the worst I've ever dealt with! Every time, except once, I see another issue after picking up the car. Usually, it's minor things like the seat belts aren't put back in place and swinging underneath the chair, making it unusable. Some times, it's saying they've fixed something that immediately shows up again (warning lights and NOW a back seat that isn't secured). Their due diligence and quality testing is non-existant. I'm hoping I can take it to another dealer to fix what they aren't able to, which I would consider basic items. I'm sure this is not the case for everyone, or they'd be closed down, but my experience with them has happened too many times to think these are one-off situations. I would avoid this service department as much as you can!

Joe,We can not locate a customer fileon a 21’ Jeep for someone in your name (it is possible it is under someone else). Can you shoot me an email at [email protected]? I asked our team to reach out to you and that’s when we determined that you may either have the wrong store or the vehicle is owned by another person. With respect,Nathan VoorheesGeneral Manager
