Darryl is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Staff is always friendly. I was able to get my vehicle in and repaired within a reasonable amount of time. Never have any issues with pick up or drop off.

I called jiffy lube to get in to fix my car after Firestone in lake St. Louis was trying to rip me off about 500 dollar difference and hock was so helpful , got me in right away with no problem and helped me out with price Craig was the other one also working on my car and jumped in right away to be so helpful ..A huge Thanks to ya both

Front staff was friendly and helpful in recommending the type of tires I would need. They were able to get me in same day for 4 tires and all done within 2 hours. I've already told my aunt to check out the Firestone near her for her next tire purchase!

I had a blow out on the highway. The staff got me a new tire quickly. I was in and out in under 20 mins

Wow where to begin. Bought a set of tires off of Tire Rack and selected this fine establishment to do my tires. Got my car back and they attempted to steal my valve stem caps. I had chrome ones and they put black plastic ones on. Then I get home and they over tightened the lug nuts. Next day check the air pressure, some were as high as 8lbs of pressure over and some were under < 5 lbs of pressure. Tire Rack told me that some of these stores just want to get you in the door and then try to come after you for services. While I didnt experience that the whole situation was as bad as it could get. When I brought the complaints up the manager he got defensive. So I became sarcastic and I told him I caught you guys actually trying to steal and I know how to use a torque wrench and tire pressure gauge even though he and his staff didnt. Do yourself a favor and go to Dobbs or anywhere else if in Lake STL. Total hot garbage place.
