This joint looks untouched since the 1960s and is one of those places you wonder if the General Tso's chicken is really rat meat. It is so dingy and dirty inside and out it makes you shudder. It also doesn't have the most amazing food.. I understand Chinese folks don't put a lot of emphasis on asctetics but good grief, put a little resources into your building. This is America. Not Hong Kong and atmosphere matters here. Brighten things up, paint your siding. Make the area comfortable and cheerful for your customers. And pay some good staff. Make a consistent menu of good food. You wonder if it's a money laundering front with the limited care and consideration of food quality and atmosphere. When maps directed me to this location when looking for a buffet, I actually pulled around and found another place. We've eaten here 2 or 3 times out of desperation but Id rather not go back and hope to spare some of you from similar experience.
