Ive lived at a BTRE property for 4 years and I never want to leave. It is the best renting experience Ive ever had, and I think of my apartment as a hidden gem. The owner is a wonderful landlord that is fair, friendly, and understanding. The team at BTRE is very thorough, communicative, and organized in the communication. The tenants, new and old, create a sense of community within the building where everyone looks out for each other in a very small town type of way. The location is incredible - walkable and central. The rental units are updated with stainless steel and high quality appliances, and the units have plenty of space. I always appreciate the timeliness with which maintenance requests are handled. If you can find an apartment at a BTRE property, hold onto it and dont let it go. Itll be the best home youve ever had.

It was a pleasure working with Brock Thomas and River McCallen. I needed to sell my mom's home and it was a smooth transaction. They are friendly, professional and communicative. Who knew you could enjoy a real estate sale. They were fair in the amount they offered and we were pleased. I highly recommend them for a fast, fair, and easy sale of the home. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.
