Stephanie was such a tremendous help. My life path reached a fork where it was time to sell my home, amid a heavier than usual balance of stress and work pressures... so I wanted someone with experience to guide me through this to avoid further hassle. She already had years of experience handling real estate paperwork that she knew what was needed every step of the way, as well as how to effectively and efficiently navigate risks and offers. Her communication skills and check-ins were superb. Stephanie is amazing and cordial to work with, understands your needs, values empathy, and I hold a great deal of respect for her honesty and commitment to helping me get my house sold with such low pressure.
