Leaf Home Stairlift

My mom bought a stair lift from this company in may 2023 it stopped working the morning of December 29, 2023. She has called them multiple times and still have not called back or came out. She is disabled bad back and knees she bought stairlift because she needs it to go Up and down stairs. This company is ridiculous and does not stand behind their product. I do not recommend them at all.

I had issues with my install. The installation crew were nice, hardworking guys but they did not speak English. I was not able to express my concerns to them. Called customer service and was told I would receive a phone call from manager the next day. I am still waiting for that call a week later.

I was hired to be a salesman at Leaf Home Safety Solutions. They 1st told me it would be months before they could actually bring me on. Then Leaf personal sent paperwork the following week. No big deal I have time. They wanted me to sign a document stating I received training materials and shirts they valued at hundreds of dollars. Am I wrong or is that fraud? I'm not signing blindly to something not accurate. They terminated me before even starting. If that is how they treat their employees, I wonder how they treat their clients.

The shower is ok but it could have been better. It works for what I need it to do. I was charged an additional $4000 for the crew to build a small uneven wall with gaps in the drywall that made it hard for ot to be mud and taped but my painter made it work. $13,000, in my opinion was a ripoff. I feel like I should have shopped around before making a decision. Overall I'll say my shower doesn't leak. Better luck on 100% completion next time. First pic is before second picture after.
