Mike, Upon going under contract you canceled the first appointment to go out of town. After returning we had to reschedule the “all exterior work” due to rain. We have no control over rain. Once getting started there was a miscommunication between one of our team members and your wife. A “very” small portion of the foundation was painted the wrong color, brought to your attention by the project manager and immediately resolved the next day. Immediately after you started belittling the team member and created an hostile work environment the team member actually requested to be pulled from the project. We had to reassign a different team member to complete this project directly due to your unprofessional behavior. Every item on the work order was completed inspected with the highest level of craftsmanship. We have records of you canceling appointments several times (you started Dr. appointments) and two different time their were appointments set and approved by you through our system and you were not home. FurthermoreIf you did not like working with us why did you continue to add work (bathroom faucet, exterior lighting) at the end of the project? As stated while attempting to collect payment multiple times. The company went above and beyond to work with you with little or no cooperation from you and to leave such a review all while adding work is very deceiving.
