The Watterson Insurance Agency, upon first impression seemed too good to be true. Having dealt with several car-home-flood insurance agencies over the years, I was jaded as to expecting unreliable representation. The Watterson local rep here in Lone Jack, Missouri assured me that my family would receive great rates. He guaranteed it! This Agency turned out to be a brokerage who actually met their promises. EVERY policy I owned was dramatically reduced. Our Agent, Sean Gianotti, has constantly reviewed our annual policies to determine where premium savings can be realized. Mr Gianotti even checked in on our chickens when my family took a short vacation, as well as texting me while on that vacation from our home to let us know a tornado had been close by, but we had sustained no damage! Upon stopping in to pay my annual car insurance premium, I learned how concerned Mr Gianotti was about drinking water safety. I spoke of wanting a sediment filter installed in our basement. This agent texted me the next day, telling me to watch for a Pur Water Filter which would be delivered by UPS. SURE ENOUGH.. I now have a PUR filtration system. I would like to thank Sean Gianotti for his help in finding me both my home and car insurance. He has saved me alot of money on both my policies and was always very professional and friendly. Sean has answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure of an answer, he would find out about it and get back to me. I would highly recommend Mike Watterson Insurance Agency and will continue to have them as my agency and always hope Sean is there to help me.
