        An Aspen agent caused an error that caused us as clients to become frustrated after several misunderstandings. Instead of maintaining professionalism and helping us with the problem the agent told us to find insurance elsewhere. After being Aspen clients for close to a year the agent was very quick to show that he didnt value us as clients. This being an error that was originally cause by the agent it has shown much unprofessionalism from Aspen Risk Management Group LLC.
