        Showed up with 1 person in front of me. Waited 25 minutes to be helped, not one word said to me. Two people in the back saw a line starting to form. All while the one guy up front tried to help a lady fix a broken phone. Total mismanagement and horrible customer service. Then the process took about 15 minutes because they couldnt figure out how to process the amazon return.

        Came to get a data transfer done on my new iPhone. Process took about 20 hours. I had to come back to the store 4 times. Whats more upsetting is the worker trying to tell me I need more cloud storage (which cost more $) and blame thats the reason why the back-up didnt work in the first place understanding a back up over 100gb should be done via computer not cloud. I got the reason exactly thing done a year ago and I wasnt not charged a single penny for it. This time they charged me almost $100 with insurance. I will never return my business to this company again.
