        They cost me my iPhone after I took it in for a simple battery replacement. They knew they screwed it up and chose to act ignorant. I took it to geek squad who informed me that the sensor they broke it right by the battery and an untrained tech would break it almost every time. So they use unskilled techs and make you eat the cost when they destroy it. They dont care at all either.
