Bank Midwest

I love Bank Midwest in Liberty! I have been doing business with them for 25 years, and they could not be more accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend this bank to anyone, and have to many of my friends, and family. Great bank, great people, great service!

Have been a member here since 2000 which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. I don't know whether they are understaffed now but last 3 times in a row it has been a minimum 15 minute timeframe for me to deposit a check in drive thru. Same situation every time, 1 car in front me, no one in any other lane, car in front doesn't move for 10-12 minutes, then takes another 5-10 minutes to deposit a check in a bank account. Actually left after a 10 minute wait today. Maybe I'm not important enough to be helped on time with a measly teacher's salary but I'm done wasting my time every time I come, waiting to simply deposit a check.

I brought five $20 bills to the clerk to exchange them for a $100 bill. He said they can't do it for me unless I have an account there. Why do you need an account to exchange small bills for larger bills??? Talk about bizarre... I guess I'll have to go to QuikTrip or something to do it...instead of the BANK.

Worst bank. Charged me to cash a check that was from their own bank. Aske for small bills, does the complete opposite.

Staff is very knowledgeable and is always willing to find resources needed in order to make informed business & personal decisions We have been treated with respect and the employees always make us feel welcome Highly recomend
