Very disappointed in the urgency of getting my check after deposited through the atm after it taking my check without any direction of where it would go the atm shut down and gave my card back I was left to call a cacu agent the day of and was told it will get looked into as top priority on the following Monday that was true customer support was very friendly but im here the following Friday a week later going through 2 more phone calls with 2 separate agents throughout the week also a visit to a nearby branch I am now told it will be an additional 6days untill the check will be serviced to(attended to)( picked up from the atm). That is totally ridiculous and the process off getting into an atm shouldn't be this hard I was told Loomis is the ones who service the atms but in special cases like these there needs to be a special pick up I mean I'm sitting waiting for a 8500 check to get deposited. I do appreciate all the ppl that I have talked to and the 4k credit but thats not enough justice. If I knew this would've happened I would've deposited through the mobile app or even went to the bank that the check was issued. This is the second time that I've had to wait for my money bc of a glitch in the atm can we figure something out cacu!?

Lines out the door, lines thru parking lot for self service, all tellers for drive thru replaced with malfunctioning self service machines and their local phone number and corporate are all automated. I literally have no way to get money to feed my children with cash and checks in hand at this bank. One of the most dystopian experiences I've ever had, but you'll delete this and all the other negative reviews so what's the point?

Horrible experience. Stop going to this location based of additudes the front line employees have. No respect for their customers except for the manager in back office.
