I used this company for roof replacement. They are the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Dustin Doll, is the epitome of greed. They do not pay their contractors. Beware of liens against your home.

My mom had extensive damage to her home after a tree fell and hail damage. She was referred by a friend and her church had also used the company, so fairly good references. After finally getting out to give the estimate there was a delay in getting the roof installed as the shingle she chose was out of stock because of COVID. She chose her 2nd choice to proceed and mysteriously now the original is in stock and they can do the work. They came and did the install leaving the dumpster in front of the garage making it impossible for her to get her car out overnight. There are 35 bundles of extra roof material left at her home along with decking sheets that have been there for over a month with no one coming out to pick up. You would think a roofing company would know how many bundles of material are needed to complete a roofing job! Now they refuse to present a detailed invoice before submitting to the insurance adjuster. There were other jobs she discussed doing with the project manager that I assume they would have had to sub out as not work they do but no follow through. Can't speak for the workmanship, hope it lasts! We have told them not interested in working with them for the other work discussed, just want to be done with this.

On 7/30/2020, we called DHI asking for a quote to replace our roof, after seeing some of our neighbors had used DHI. It took the salesman two days to return our call and he ended up being rude, insulting, tacky and unprofessional. Maybe DHI puts on a good roof? You’ll have to first deal with people very lacking in people skills. In following up to my prior review, I can say wholeheartedly that DHI and its staff followed up, and made a bad situation right. I was personally contacted by the owner who advised that this behavior was unacceptable and had been followed up on. I appreciate their care and concern and for following up.
