This is our second time buying a home. The first time we worked with a lending company who just assumed that we knew everything about the process and it felt as if they were irritated when we would ask questions or not know what to do at first. This time around we still did not understand everything and what it all meant, but we were treated with respect and kindness when we had questions and we never felt like a bother to anyone that we talked with. Lacey even called us on a saturday afternoon to talk through some rates and loan options herself. We felt very taken care of!

Communication and the response time. I felt other than weekends the response time was really fast. Yest it was a pain with all the info needed but definitely worth it. They made it way easier than most people said.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experiencing with Summit Funding. We recently relocated to Independence, MO and purchased a home as part of our relocation. Our realtor (Anita Cordell) recommended Summit and they were fantastic. They made the home-financing experience as pleasant as possible. They walked us through the process of financing, sent a weekly email to keep us updated on where we were in the process, promptly and efficiently gathered information and answered all of our questions. I hope to never buy a house again, but if I do, we will use Summit Funding.
