        Less than a ZERO! One of the most unprofessional experiences in my life. I still cannot believe the way my patients, Dr. and staff were treated by someone who was trying to sell us something. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.

After attending an educational seminar to help us understand the many intricacies of the health insurance laws, we were provided with efficient, prompt and personal service. They listened to our individual needs as a small company and helped us find the best options for employee health insurance. This level of attention continued throughout our time as clients, assisting with changes and even after we closed our business they helped us cancel our policies, addressing loose ends months later with the same sense of priority to us as when we had been customers!
