        Charging me for insurance on months I never used them and sent to collections. Plus I have no idea why y'all pulling money for rent insurance but not the car and sent it to collections.

        We have been with Allstate for about 5 years, previously with another agent. With the previous agent, we felt the service and professionalism was lacking. Let me tell you, that is not the case with Kevin and Julie’s agency. They are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and extremely quick to respond and professional. The prices are tough to beat as well! If you are looking for an agency that knows their stuff and will help you make a well informed decision for your insurance needs, Kevin and Julie are the way to go!
