This company cannot take no for an answer. Very high pressure, constant phone calls, and just showing up at your house. I have asked five times to be put on a no contact list, no luck. It is to the point of harassment. I am on the national no call list. I am about to file a complaint, I have had it with this bunch

My 91 year old mother has two Banker Life politics and nether will help pay for her long term care. Bankers states over and over that my mother doesnt meet the requirements. We provide more and more evidence to support her 24/7 needed care but Bankers keeps denning assistances. Bankers represents a business shame.

A Bankers Life agent pounded on my door a few times this morning. I do not open my door if I do not know the person or I am not expecting them. She left a cheesy scrawled Post It note with my name (like she knew me) asking me to call her, signing with her name and phone number. When I phoned she said she knew I was turning 65 this year and wanted to schedule an appointment to talk with me. WHO IN THE WORLD WANTS UNANNOUNCED INSURANCE SALES PEOPLE POUNDING ON THEIR DOOR SOLICITING BUSINESS? NO ONE! Who in their right mind goes pounding on people's doors without knowing who/what the circumstances are inside? I do not appreciate being looked up and stalked. Would you like your grandmother having Lord knows who pounding on her door wanting to sell her something? What a horrible business practice. You reminded me of an ambulance chaser. I will NEVER do business with people like this. Addendum: Now I'm supposed to register my name, email and phone number with your company to avoid having someone contact me again? Give me a break. CHANGE YOUR POLICY TO ONLY CONTACT THOSE THAT HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO YOU. I'm a business owner - that's what I do. I think I learned in Marketing 101 - Don't annoy your potential clients. I'm on the Do Not Call list and have added a "No Soliciting For Any Reason" sign on my door. If that's not enough to detour your "sales reps" I don't know what is. SECOND ADDENDUM: Yet ANOTHER Banker's Life Casualty Insurance agent has left their cheesy unprofessional post it note on my door. What part of "NO SOLICITING FOR ANY REASON" sign do you not understand. I seriously will call the police and file a trespassing charge if this happens again.

We have a policy on my mother in-law for 12 years, She passed May 1st,. I and my husband has tried to contact the Agent: Jimmy Chouteau. Jimmy will not return any calls have been trying for a month. Jimmy did contact me one time only because the receptionist had someone go to his office and waited till he called. I attempted to call again today 6/1/22 I was given his cell # my husband called. He was told we sent the ppwk to the home office so we are keeping him out of the loop. Jimmy continued to say he didn't care and started yelling and cussing and then hung up the phone. have never worked with a company like this before. We have family members that has policy's with Bankers Life one has 8 policy's totaling over 250,000.00 that is just one policy they are now going to change agents or move to State Farm. I am so disappointed I have never worked with a company like this and will never give Banker's any more of my money. I am taking 2 policy's to State Farm.
