        I am self employed and paid Simmons Bank at Mt Vernon over 36,000 per year in interest for my business loan for years.. now I live near Lees Summit and have sold that business .. this branch questions every check, every deposit, and puts a hold on every time. Its like Im new and they question every transaction I make. It should still be Simmons and I feel I should have earned their trust by now . Will be changing banks.

        The workers are great but the bank itself is awful. Theres always something wrong with logging in online or on the app. Im switching banks ASAP. Not sure how this is still even in business.
