This is my home branch, though my complaint is with US Bank in general. We recently asked for an increase in our line for our overdraft protection, which was basically a benefit at an extremely low interest rate with no penalties for internal transfers. They said no, that we'd have to cancel our line and reapply. Too bad we had no way of knowing it's so that we would be landed with the WORST possible terms of all time. I take it back, I just want to go back in time to before the secretive power play. I actually might cancel my account altogether in favor of a more fee friendly bank.
