Had Anna as a teacher for my first yoga class at this location, and she was amazing! As a former athlete and yoga teacher, I felt Anna was extremely knowledgeable in both the physical and non-physical aspects of the practice. I loved her hands-on adjustments and her love for the practice was obvious. Will be coming back for her class!

I just love Annas class! She is a dynamic and knowledgeable instructor with great energy and enthusiasm. Her cues are spot on and she always challenges me in the best ways. My yoga practice has grown by leaps and bounds. She offers modifications when needed and I always feel so good after I take her class. I love the studio and the atmosphere.

This is a beautiful space for yoga and wellness. My favorite (yogi) yoga instructor is Anna. She is a beautiful light who understands, acknowledges, and invites your spirit to feel loved and welcomed. Immediately after class, I knew that I would take more classes with this amazing person and follow her wherever she may go. I really listened to her instruction and allowed myself to pull from deep strength within and as she eloquently says to accept "the medicine" of the breath, movement and flow. Her guidance provided a safe space for me to cry, to surrender, feel calmness in my heart and cultivate love within myself. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with this beautiful soul, you will feel similarly. Her passion for holistic wellness and love for life is contagious!!! I will definitely be returning to this studio only to take more classes with Anna.
