Inner Space Yoga

I love Inner Space!! I had only ever practiced yoga at home and was very nervous to attend public classes, but every teacher here is so kind, understanding, and creative. Shout out to Laura Frank for the candle lit evening yoga! Every class feels different and fresh, and its always somehow exactly what I need. I think its magic! Also, it always smells SO good there.

I am beyond grateful to have found Inner Space yoga studio, after trying a few other studios I finally found my home. Lauras teaching is healing to my soul. She offers a great variety of in studio classes and an extensive online library of options that you can do from home that change monthly. All the instructors are amazing, and the studio is beautiful and well equipped. Im thankful for the knowledge they share and look forward to deepening my practice here.
