I had a relatively small construction project in my garage and they did a great job. Assessed what I wanted and improved upon what I originally asked for. Communicative and easy to schedule via text. They efficiently finished the project in a half day.

We had a large project of adding a room to our house. Tim sold the dream and talked about how much he disliked other companies that would start a project and not finish. He sold it wonderfully. Unfortunately, he did not follow through on his promises. He didn't pay multiple subcontractors, leading to them contacting us directly by phone and mail and having to pay multiple of them out-of-pocket. One even placed a lien on our house due to lack of payment and responsiveness from Tim. It would take multiple e-mails, texts, and phone calls to get him to respond, often with weeks in between his responses and a new excuse each time. Whether they were legitimate excuses or not, we are no longer sure, but each time we gave him benefit of the doubt. After the last subcontractor's work, Tim asked us to pay them and promised to reimburse us and affirmed this via e-mail, text, and via phone on multiple occasions. Now, nearly 8 months after that last work, Tim has been unresponsive for months as we try to get the money owed to us, as well as address incomplete items on the project. We contact the Better Business Bureau and they reached out and received no response either (currently resulting in the poor rating and unresolved case on his BBB page). Based on activity on the Innovative Creations Facebook page, it seems the lack of response is exclusive to us and not wanting to provide us the money owed for reimbursement and for the unfinished portions of the project. We are now exploring legal options with a lawyer as we enter into year 3 of our incomplete project. While Tim was incredibly well-spoken when we could get a hold of him and said all the right things, his lack of responsiveness, follow-through, and in the end lack of professionalism in the end are the reason I cannot recommend ICCR to anyone.
