My brother in law hired this company and they crushed his sewer line leaving him with $15,000 worth of damage. Their insurance agents told him that if he tried to file a claim they would sue him!!! He received completely unprofessional emails from the owners wife. Just to top it off the coward brought his very young son to confront him like a coward. Take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to get screwed over.

I'm very disappointed with this company. Rick came out for a consult at my home, we discussed the project and scheduled a meeting for 2 weeks later to see his proposal. About an hour before the meeting he emailed to say that he couldn't make it so we rescheduled for the following week. A few hours before that meeting, he cancelled again and said he doesn't think our project is a good fit for the company. If the project wasn't a good fit, we should've been told that during the first meeting. At no point during that 1.5 hour conversation did he ever mention that it was something they wouldn't be able to do. In fact, he said quite the opposite. I've now wasted several weeks and rearranged my schedule twice for nothing.

Yeah, lil Rick E( in his flip flops and laptop) are a JOKE!!!! NIce yuppie office on OAKbut cant PAY his SUBS ON TIME OR AMOUNT! We did a couple electrical jobs with his Clown. His Super and incompetent APPRENTICE type carpenters..sloppy rough and no clue of any IBC OR NEC CODES( inspector has to teach them) Not only was HE always late, ( or a NO SHOWI went to AZwith no communication) their QUALITY of work, never passed A timely Inspection, until the CITY inspector told them HOW TO PASS CITY SPECS. Let alone, the last Circus we were involved in ( ol flip flop wrinkle shirt Rick e) seems to get amnesia ( about $$$$$ MONEY) especially when it came TO PAYING ON TIME, or the Agreed amount. He has never SWUNG A hammer let alone worked with hands ( except with a iPad or laptop) thats a GIVEN. He has a couple of flunkies that r either drunk, most of time, or havent showered, that week. Its too bad THE internet lies, as Much as his Clueless Clients. 37 years in business and cityand he is just like the other GET rich Book worms, that found a guy called a carpenter, said lets build something.TRUE craftsmen have a apprenticeship to a real Liscthey have worked forwith toolsNOT A fruitloops, laptop or iPad. We walked off after he STOLE MONEY from us on his SKETCHY money dancewhen his KIDDO clients over in Brookside didnt wanna pay for EXTRAS..in a ol knob and tube re wire. Ya might wanna REALLY check him and ol office girl out before U waste ur time and $$$$bc ol RICK E, has no time for REALITY OR Transparency. No CHARACTER, Backbone, OR CRAFTSMEN at work at RE DO KC is a FACT! Go get a VO TECH certificate Rick.or go back to laptops and iPad workyour a Joke fella!!
