They don't care about the residents Mary stays in her office the only time they at like they care is when the state comes to view what going on at the facility they tell anyone the date that the people from the state coming in. That's when Rosey get up from the desk and stand downstairs like she do it everyday. But she doesn't it's just a show until the state of Missouri leaves. Then everything back to sitting around talking to Mary at the desk now rosey is at the front desk by Mary office. Residents be asking for their monthly money sometimes when she doesn't feel like giving them the money. They sitting around talking about it. Mary doesn't communicate with her employee she just look at you and keep walking. I got sent home August 21 2018 after Alan called her he went to the back room and came back told me. Mary said to leave if I don't to call the police. I when to work the next morning. Rosey seen me clocking in but I didn't know I was fired. Mary could've told me the day she sent me home. She didn't act me what happened between me and Alan I called to speak to her she never came to the phone. Rosey she always wanted to know why we needed to talk to Mary like she have to approve Mary calls or ask to speak to Mary when she in her office I was whole when I worked there and I fell in one of the residents messy room and hurt myself. They didn't report it until I filed for workers compensation and year later good thing I still have a copy of my incidents report.

I live here now.Mary is a great person. True we really need a better staff. I get go live with cat. Many of the nurses are good
