My brother has been here for a few months and it is horrid. All of his clothes are missing, he wears ragged old dirty clothes and don't know whose they are. The employees are so very nosy everytime he has visitors 2 or more workers come over and nose in. Asked for blankets because he was cold and there are none available. Please don't let your loved ones stay here. Everything we bought for him is gone. Can't wait until he gets out of here and in to somewhere decent.

Went there to visit a family member. Must I say I work in psych on the intensive care unit and was highly disappointed at the fact there is no privacy with visitations. I went in first and left my child and husband in the car to see the layout and to see if it would be a safe atmosphere as which that is what it looked like to be and I was TOLD that it was by workers. I had brung my 5 year old daughter in to visit our family member and there was a predator staring my daughter down the whole visit and refusing to move away from the -glass door- that you should not be able to see thru into the lobby for this reason. Never would I have thought that door would have been the case to free range viewing. When I was discussing to my family member that this guy will not take his eyes off my child giving her very bad looks and is making her uncomfortable the heavy set white lady that works there wanted to say well your in the wrong place then and shut the door before I could say anything. Shes very lucky she shut the door if she ever wants to think its okay to not REDIRECT a person of hers off of my child. Disgusting behavior. I could have mistaken her as a patient at that point but she was in scrubs. After that I had to stop the visit and leave unfortunately after it being 3 years I had seen this close family member of mine and only have conversations over the phone. The middle aged white male at the desk was very nice and helpful although I was too upset to use my words while walking out the door.

They should do drug test at this facility they have nurses there that should not be able to pass medicine to the elderly they need to do background checks nurses that aren't able to obtain nursing license in other States because of past drug use and criminal history.

What a horrible experience for the person I had staying there. They were never in their own clothes, dirty, and everything they owned came up missing when they were finally moved. Disgraceful that the employees and even the administrator would allow this to happen. And when I say literally everything was gone literally everything was taken from this person who went in there with brand new items even down to his family photos. Shame on you people that steal from the sick and the weak. But mostly shame on the administrator for not every returning any phone calls to address the situation. God help all of you because you're going to need to answer to somebody when this is over. Oh and by the way nobody ever gets compensated for anything when anything becomes lost in these facilities they say they're caretakers but they're really not just thieves. I can say that there was one person the activities director that was only decent person that I met. But I think everything was beyond her control also the administrator should be fired.I'm sure every new item that I've taken was taken home by the employees because there's no way a person can have brand new items and stuff and then be seen wearing old dirty clothes look like they came out of the trash. Don't believe the positive reviews on this website because I'm sure some of their employees or people have people written things on there to make them look good. Make sure you pay attention to the ones that are negative because honestly that is what you're going to get. And again God help the poor souls that are in there being treated like that.
