    AT&T has to be the worst company out there. Change credit card spent an hour on the phone with a representative that didn't even speak good English. Said it would take up to a couple months for it to get into the system every month they cancel my U-verse and I have to call and spend another hour and go through the same thing that I did the month before. Absolutely ridiculous

    Absolutely the worst I have ever had. Cuts out daily. They just tell you to reset it because they don't know anything either. Never again will I use this. Where I live it's the only option and people are complaining now. Google Fiber was SO much better.

    It would be wise to invest in some method of tracking who arrived first. My inquiry was about a phone case. Any service rep with experience would have likely been able to help me in 5 minutes or less. However, I was skipped in favor of helping someone who required lots of help.

    Im very happy hubby and I decided to switch carriers. We went in not sure if we were going to switch and worried we were going to get the hard sell before learning the information we needed, as we have had so many poor experiences elsewhere. We were wrong. We walked in and were greeted nicely by Randy, I asked him a few pricing questions, he was able to give us realistic answers and prices before taking any personal information. Randy was VERY knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions. He also let us know what our future options can be, as we have an almost teenager who is begging for a phone. We did end up switching and buying a few accessories, but there was no pressure to do so. We left feeling relieved and happy. Thank you Randy!!
