        -100 stars? Landlord here!!! We decided to work with section 8 and the participants. We were PROMISED guidance & assistance as needed. Not only has our tenant be late on rent, they have had 50+ violations... including having others living on the property. I have emailed, called, and reached out to everyone I can/could at the office. No help. THEY DONT EVEN PULL THEIR VOUCHERS when they DO violate their leases!
