If you call and you hear them say your the next person in line, they'll just hang up. Go in person it'll save you some time. Or go to the bob aai, but it's best to go in person that's your only two options until they awnser.

If you go in they will answer your questions. All of the numbers that are listed do not work you have to go in to get a phone number if you want someone to answer you I have 11 phone numbers and none of them answer and all of them eventually after an hour or two of holding and either saying I'm the next person in line or I have to wait for someone hang up and this has been going on since covid and when they did Reconstruction they never changed the phone numbers for people to call. After emailing faxing calling having to schedule a ride down there to talk to someone then being given someone else and someone else and someone else I finally did get someone to help me and the person that helped me was great so the people that actually work there or terrific it's just impossible to get ahold of anyone. If your home bound and can't get out easily you're in big trouble. Again the people that work there are terrific if you can get ahold of them.

If I could, I would put zero stars. The case workers never answer their phones. How are they still getting paid? They do not call you back after leaving a message on the phone or their website. They implemented this new way of doing things by putting everything on bob.ai an online/app services. I feel sorry for those who do not have a computer, access to one, wifi, nor are computer literate, especially seniors. Their website says to email so and so but there is no email for so and so. This is sad. I rate bob.ai one stars because it is a horrible website/software. This is a nightmare for those trying to not loose their voucher. Then on their website, it was not even acting right. In order to create an account on Bob.ai, the site sends you a code to your registered email. My loved one was getting so frustrated with the site and me trying to walk them through it. Site is not user friendly for those who are not computer literate. Plus, my loved one would have to upload paper work to the website to show proof. How can they do such, if they are a senior and in pain and can not get anyone from housing to assist them over the phone or in person. Sad.
