    Very dirty place throughout. I've stayed at other Residence Inn in several other states, so I'm definitely disappointed that this one did not hold up to cleanliness expectations. The only thing good was it was close to the airport. I'm pretty sure that was blood on the sheets that could be a bed bug smear. Didn't want to stay long enough to find out.

    What a grand building when you walk into the front lobby and you see the huge great room with all the open space and the Beautiful wood trim ceiling. It takes you back many years of nostalgia thinking of how the massive parlors used to look like in the Traveler's Journey. Our room was pretty vast-sized plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable in and it was clean, all of the Linens from the bathroom to the bedroom smelled very fresh and clean. The worst we had was a little bit of a slow drain on the shower, however one call to the front desk and within 20 minutes maintenance man. Young man with a very inviting smile and a little laughter to his voice extremely accommodating completely professional was there and within moments he had taken care of the issue. Myself and everyone in the party with me was extremely pleased at our state look forward to coming back in anytime we pass through this area will be sure to stay here. Thank you to the great team at Marriott Residence Inn you guys made our stay fantastic!

    Stayed 2 nights recently due to storms changing travel plans. First was for just a few hours in a smaller room which required use of the sofa sleeper- which was terrible- mattress way too thin causing the springs to be very uncomfortable. Bathroom had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke which wafted into the bedroom. Inquired about a shuttle to the airport, set a early time, and was a little disappointed the front desk attendant didnt warn us that it was not a shuttle managed/driven by a Marriott hotel employee so if youre even 1 minute late, the shuttle doesnt wait even at 3:31am. My fault for being late, but the lack of insight definitely caused a large inconvenience. 2nd night was in a 2 bedroom suite, which was a big improvement in comfort over the first night. Went for the breakfast and was astounded by how cold the common room was. Asked the front desk staff about it, who was enjoying himself some waffles from the hotel breakfast bar- odd but whatever. He said it was bad hotel design from 20 years ago. Now it certainly was cold outside, around 0 degrees, but seriously Marriott, you cant upgrade your heating system over the course of 2 decades? I feel bad for the breakfast employees who have to work with winter coats on. Plates were freezing so food was all cold. Lastly, the hallways were all dirty and the elevator is super slow. The only reason to stay at this Residence Inn is the proximity to the airport, otherwise I recommend looking elsewhere.
