Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center

I have been a Bonvoy member for a few years now. This location has been nothing less than stellar. The property manager, Amanda, has gone above and beyond and made our stay super easy and stress free. Thank you to her and the entire staff, we are looking forward to another visit in the future and know when the time comes, where we will be booking.

Great place to stay for the value. Rooms: Comfortable Nearby activities: Lots of downtown activities Safety: Very safe Walkability: Very walkable Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants and pubs

Front desk is not courteous. They don't pay attention to you. The mail parcels are hard to locate for them. Corridors and rooms are dirty. Terrible housekeeping.

We just stayed here for a week. Staff was somewhat helpful but housekeeping really needs some refresher courses. Dirty linens and trash left outside our room for at least a day. This is what it looked like... Not nice... There were many media staffers staying at the hotel so I can not explain why management didn't have a sense of urgency to maintain a pleasant environment for their Guests. I asked 3 days in a row for housekeeping to service our room. Walkability: Easy walking to the convention center
