In looking for a new home in the Northland area, Davidson Farms provided our family the perfect combination of location, home design, amenities, and access to a little bit of nature. Whether it's a round of pickleball, swimming in the neighborhood pool, taking a walk around the 3-acre lake, or gathering with neighbors at the community fire pit, it's not hard to find a way to relax or play.

The first time we took a tour of the development we knew wed found where we wanted build our home. The neighborhood is on a beautiful piece of land surrounded by trees and it couldnt be in a more convenient part of the Liberty area. Its only a 3-minute drive to everything you need but youre not forced to navigate the crowded areas of town to get home. And, since its only a 15-minute drive to downtown our commute is easy and weve got great access to downtowns amenities too. We couldnt be more pleased with how the neighborhood is developing around us. Its filled with beautiful homes and wonderful families and weve had lots of opportunities to get to know our neighbors through the regular events the neighborhood hosts and our kids are so excited to share the pool, fire pit, pickleball courts and trails with all of their friends this summer. It really feels like a community and were very happy to call it home!
