        We purchased a new home which was on show but not finished. Ron promised to finish and fix some bad workmanship. Didn’t finish his promises. Warranty wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. He told me to sue him and stand in line.

        We love our Baldwin home. It is exactly what we asked for and the builder took care of all of our issues in a relatively timely manner. I agree with the comment that the warranty company, BBSG, is totally a waste of time and money. Francisco, Joe, and Tino are great to work with and most helpful in going above and beyond to take care of things that need to be fixed. If you're looking to build a new home, we would highly recommend Ron Baldwin.

        The 2nd party warranty company they use is terrible (BBSG)...and I think that’s a common sentiment.

        Looks like they changed their name to wipe the bad reviews. I had a horrible experience with them back in 2013 and many many people state that they do not honor their home warranty.
