I had an exceptional experience shopping at the Dillard's fragrance counter, largely thanks to Madi. Her expertise and warmth made my visit truly enjoyable. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered valuable recommendations, ensuring I found the perfect scent. Madi's professionalism and attentiveness are commendable, and I highly recommend seeking her assistance for all your fragrance needs and she was so pretty. A resemblance of Aubrey Plaza if you will. She was also hilarious. Thank you!

It was wonderful to be in a real department store. Nice atmosphere. Helpful people. This is the closest Dillards to our home since the one in our city was closed, but very much worth the drive. Great place to shop!

Micheal was such a sweet heart. I was just simply browsing, looking at some Chanel perfumes. I mistook a display for try me and he rushed to give me a sample smell of them all. Super kind, super helpful!
