Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Was told they don't cash Bank of America checks at their location unless you have an account there why would somebody get an account there they wouldn't be able to use the checking account unless everybody they knew also had an account there. No thanks I'll be using a legitimate Bank.

So I've had a love and hate relationship with bank of America. But boy has then been restored. Emily Street was not only professional but she gave me the bestest service since years. Like holy cow. She got to the bottom of my unique situation and she did such an excellent job solving my issue. I honestly wouldn't want anyone to help me unless it was her. Like give her a bonus and a raise. That was the best customer service I've ever received. I left with tears of joy. She really needs to be praised because she is someone there that actually helps. I am so thankful for her. Thank you so much

I was told by Robin (Manager) that I couldn't cash a Cashiers Check from 'Bank Of America' because "the check didn't come from this branch and it was dated for today". With no initiative of her own, Ms. Robin called the other branch only after I suggested she do so to verify. No wonder the rating for this branch is 2.2 stars, and the lobby was empty at 4:30pm on a Friday.
