      image Id give 0 stars if possible!! My husband was speaking to a Cheri G. through the drive thru services and was extremely rude. She did not let my husband speak to explain what he was needing. She continued to cut him off while he was trying to explain and she stopped attending him TWICE because she said she was going to help someone else. Weve never had an issue with any other representative and if this is the kind of service UMB is okay with than I recommend banking elsewhere!
