        The online its-me has been a frustrating experience for some time. Although I can appreciate security for online banking, the several security questions and lack of staff to help you when you get locked out is frustrating. Last several times I wound up playing phone tag to get someone to call me back to help reset my acct.. Passwords change often so if you only need to occasionally check your account it may lock and you need to request a new password. Should not be this tough.

        I don't use the word hate often but I do not recommend this bank at all!! Completely clueless. Imma keep it at that cause I'd be here all day if I explained all the issues
