        The head people really need to check on their nurses and tech. They take a long time to see about their patients. They act like they don't care about the patients. They sit up around the front desk just talking. If I could I would pull my mother out of here. PT and OT are the best. They say this the number place to be. I can't tell. I know it's a nurses shortage, that would make want to do better. They leave the some patients in the bed all day. How would they like for this to happen to their mother, father or anybody in their family. May God be with this place, the patients and staff.

        Horrible experience here with my mom. Staff doesn't respond to patients needs. My mom had to wait 2 hrs to use the restroom. Then was told by the staff that she'd have to wait for help. Numerous patients just hanging out in the halls. Rooms are cramped.

        One must make a distinction between independent living and nursing care. I can only speak about the independent living facility which is excellent. Meals are part of PB&J and are excellent, and very reasonably priced. I have rarely exceeded the monthly figure allotted for meals. I have lived here for over 10 years and have never had a problem or disappointment. Now at 87 I am looking forward to the rest of the time time I have left with my wife.
