First they knew they could not provide my client with the same hours as her previous company. Hours went from 38 per week to 21 per week with this company. Loretta claims she doesn't know why. 2nd I've been requesting paycheck stubs for 3mos just got them after having to be rude. 3rd they knowingly sent out bad w2s and laughed thinking the possible amounts listed was funny asking me did mine say 1 cent smh. They knew the payroll company had messed up last yr and still sent bad w2s. Then when they switched payroll companies againi I was not able to even access the account leaving me to deal with sum1 whose favorite word is calm down. They can send u a 5 page text wen the caregiver n the wrong but wont own up to their mess up!

If I would have had a choice at the time I would have never choose this place. 90 percent of the time when I was really sick I never got visits from nurse. After I got a little better I had someone I trust to use them to get paid to do work for me. They do not communicate good at all and even told me to my face I was cheating on time sheet, I never did but couldn't convince otherwise. Horrible place and would not recommend. If I could convince my worker to go elsewhere I would leave this place in a hot second. Thanks Research for another bad move.
