        Able appliance (Eli ) was extremely courteous and polite. came in and quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts ordered and just a few day later came out and had the parts on in no time. very impressed.

        Made an appointment to get my dryer fixed, I ended up having to reschedule but on the rescheduled date they never showed up, and the person we talked to on the phone was rude and insistent we'd never rescheduled and was unwilling to work with my partner on rescheduling. I will never contact this company for help and will be telling others about this experience so they can know to avoid working with this company. Ridiculous behavior.

        I'm only giving one star because the service guy was good, I called Able to get a quote on an ongoing with Kenmore/LG compressor issues. I asked the lady taking phone calls, how much a replacement will usually run for my type of fridge. She stated that she had no idea, keep in mind they are the only company in the direct area that change the compressor. The service guy without touching the fridge or running any tests, informed me that the compressor needed to be replaced. And that it would cost me $1200 to repair or $900 if I contact LG for the compressor reimbursement. Keep in mind that I can buy a new fridge for $1300. The service guy was in my house for 11 minutes (including 2 minutes for me to write the check) and was paid $99.95 for something that could of been accomplished on the phone. $900 for a job that last 2 hours, sounds like a scam to me!

      I do apologize for any miscommunication. We can have a technician out there today but was unable to relay that to the person who called in before the phone disconnected. I personally tried calling the number back we have on file and that too disconnected before I could offer. Please give me a call if you would like a technician to come out today.

      Thank you for your rating and review. I do apologize if the repair seemed pricey, our technicians use a pricing guide when doing the repairs. We use this so we can offer comparable rates for our customers. Unfortunately the office staff cannot diagnose any appliances over the phone. The girls are not trained for appliance repair and there could be multiple reasons for a refrigerator to not work properly.
